My book and my blog tour!

Druid's Moon by Deniz Bevan
Beauty to his Beast...
Lyne Vanlith, an archaeologist who seeks a logical explanation to any mystery, discovers an ancient Druidic curse on her first dig. When the signs foretold by the curse descend on her, Lyne can’t find a reasonable interpretation.
And that’s even before a Beast rescues her from a monstrous sea-creature. She drops a grateful kiss on the snout of the Beast, who transforms into a man, Frederick Cunnick, Baron of Lansladron. Lyne is meant to be Beauty to his Beast—and break the curse forever.
Now both spellkeeper and monster are targeting Lyne. She must take up her legendary role, to defeat the curse and save Frederick—and herself. Instead of logic, for the first time, Lyne must trust her heart.

Today is Insecure Writer's Support Group Day!

Insecure Writer’s Support Group Purpose: To share and encourage. Writers can express doubts and concerns without fear of appearing foolish or weak. Those who have been through the fire can offer assistance and guidance. It’s a safe haven for insecure writers of all kinds!

Posting: The first Wednesday of every month is officially Insecure Writer’s Support Group day. Post your thoughts on your own blog. Talk about your doubts and the fears you have conquered. Discuss your struggles and triumphs. Offer a word of encouragement for others who are struggling. Visit others in the group and connect with your fellow writer - aim for a dozen new people each time - and return comments. This group is all about connecting!

The awesome co-hosts for the September 7 posting of the IWSG are

Kim Lajevardi, Cathrina Constantine, Natalie Aguirre, Olga Godim, Michelle Wallace, and Louise - Fundy Blue!

Every month, we announce a question that members can answer in their IWSG post. These questions may prompt you to share advice, insight, a personal experience or story. Include your answer to the question in your IWSG post or let it inspire your post if you are struggling with something to say.

This month's question:
What genre would be the worst one for you to tackle and why?

Remember, the question is optional!

You ready?
Let’s rock the neurotic writing world!

This one's not difficult to answer: anything involving action! Military, thriller, any kind of shoot-em-up, battles... I've had a few one-on-one confrontations in my stories, and sometimes a villain with a knife or a gun, and those are the scenes I always struggle with the most.

On the other hand, maybe that means I should be practising writing more of them, so I can learn from a tricky writing exercise!

Action sequences with more than 3 characters are always tricky for me too. I try to avoid them.
Good luck on your tour.
