You know, that feeling when you have a lot to do, but you need to wait for certain things to happen first. So that unless you have a book to read while waiting, you're stuck wandering and dawdling...

This week I'm gearing up for the Surrey International Writers' Conference in Canada and online! I've signed up for a workshop with author Susanna Kearsley, and submitted one of my queries for a query letter workshop. Wish me luck!

Fittingly, a friend just brought me bagels from Montreal!
