A is for... All Previous Blogging From A to Z Challenges

Back in 2011, I held a week-long contest to celebrate the fact that I'd reached my 500th post, after nearly four years of blogging.
At the time, I sorted many of my previous posts into groups, which made for easy referencing, especially of story material. (Also because I've never tagged my posts!)
When I celebrated reaching my 1000th post during last year's A to Z Challenge there wasn't time to sort all the posts between 2011 and 2016.
What better time than now?

I’m actually going to go over 1,000, and collate all posts to the end of 2016! And I’m going to link to every single post (except for the A to Z posts, which are mostly summarized), something I didn’t do in my original 500 compilation, or even in my 900th post compilation.

I've got lots of fun themes coming up for each day -- and each day will also highlight a fellow blogger or two!

Today is...

Hi Deniz - great idea to highlight your themes - which were all different - lots of interesting topics too. Congratulations on all your posts and yes great you've highlighted Lee - he has really instigated a wonderful blogging challenge. My themes are all based around Aspects of British ... words beginning with 'C' (ABCs) ... Countryside, Castles, Cooking, Cornwall, Coasts, County Rare Breeds this year ...

Clever that you're doing your Blogging housework and combining it with the A-Z ... I'll enjoy - cheers Hilary

One year I might do a book A-Z... Arlee Bird is a "stone" that could kill two birds: A & B! :)

Hi Deniz! I've been a serious slacker with blog visiting, so I thought I'd try to jump start the habit by doing the A-Z for the second time (first was in 2013, on poetry). I'm doing super short posts, with a writing prompt each day.
What a fun approach, Deniz!
Over the years, I've covered writing and book-related themes such as 'talking books', flash fiction pieces, book reviews.
The most fun was the Whacky Words theme I did in 2013.

You're so organised Deniz. Enjoyed remembering some of your favorites. I remember when you moved to Switzerland and when you had your baby. Also, like you new blog look!
Wow, that's a lot of posts! You're very prolific. I wish I could say I had similar themes for each year I blogged, but I didn't really, although I usually blog about the same stuff.

Thanks so much everyone! It's funny that I started writing these posts back in January and worked on them here and there over two months -- it's so exciting to see them finally coming live!
